Purpose:
As Product Manager II you’ll define and drive the scalable products for different areas. You will work closely and primarily with engineering and design teams following up product building through agile development as well as collaborating in defining the strategy to achieve short, mid, and long-term goals. This role will mainly be defining and following complex technical solutions together with engineering managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership to help our teams scale and enhance efficiency using a range of analytics and improvement techniques.
  • Ensure the backlog for upcoming sprints is up to date.
  • Accountable for bringing customer needs to the table and understanding how Kueski can deliver value based on them.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify the biggest opportunities to improve customer experiences, reduce operational effort and costs and implement process or product changes to fix them
  • Project Management of multiple productsTranslate company vision and strategy into actionable goals for the product development organization and ensure the team has the necessary tools, skills and talent to be successful.
  • Monitor the product organization’s performance and quality of deliverables while nurturing a culture of user passion, quality and accountability.

Position Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management and design and/or operational excellence organizations, with a strong understanding of process design and improvement techniques i.e. Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, User Story Mapping
  • Agile Scrum Methodology Experience implementing product roadmaps, building collaboratively with design and engineering
  • Experience in designing and mapping processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains within the financial sectorHyper-organized and strong attention to detail with a positive approach to challenges
  • Be able to assess and implement quickly - as a start up our priorities change quickly so you need to be able to implement in a piece-meal approach.
  • 1+ years of experience directly managing high-performing teams
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environmentExperience with web / mobile development technologies
  • English: Advanced
