Purpose
This People Success Partner focuses on collecting and using qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights for hiring, selecting, organizing, onboarding, managing, and developing people. This role operates as an expert in research methodology and experimentation for innovation or continuous improvement in our people practices. This role is also a member of the People Success Partner team to partner with business leaders in effectively managing their talent to achieve company goals while enhancing our company culture.

Key Responsabilities

  • Conduct science-based research and experiments across the range of HR challenges such as recruiting. onboarding, and talent development
  • Design and build studies that use modern research methods to evaluate the effectiveness of workplace programs; apply or develop assessments using test principles to evaluate and enhance talent acquisition and management processes
  • Provide expertise in the development, administration, and analysis of data collection methodology to gather valuable insights into employee experiences, engagement, and team performance
  • Communicate the results of data analysis to team members, providing insights that inform current practices and areas for improvement
  • Partner closely with senior People Success Partners and business leaders to engage team members, advance the company culture, and sustain high morale
  • Help manage key and foundational people practices in support of business leaders (e.g., job architecture, promotions, performance management, transfers, separations); manage the roll out of cyclical programs across supported business units, such as merit and compensation review and engagement survey action planning
  • Consult people managers regarding talent development needs of the business and work collaboratively with the Talent Development team to create development programs
  • Coach and provide guidance to people managers on feedback practices, compensation practices, mobility, talent management, performance management, and any other employee matters
  • Lead and/or contribute to People Success programs such as organizational development, management development, talent management, DEI strategies, and the formulation, recommendation, and deployment of other highly complex programs and policies that combine strategic sense with tactical execution

Requirements

  • Background in Learning Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, UX research, or related field is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in applied research related to people at work (performance, hiring, learning & development, etc) obtained, for example, by working in a top HR or management consultancy
  • Background in the application of cognitive science or other psychological principles to problems faced by organizations and adult learners
  • Understanding and deep appreciation of using data to help make informed decisions and drive innovation or improvements
  • Demonstrated track record in managing projects in a highly collaborative and dependable manner
  • Experience working in an international/global environment
  • Can serve as a role model for professional behavior and one who is trusted to safeguard confidential and sensitive information
  • High degree of proficiency with platforms such as Google Suite, HRIS, ATS, or other data sources and collaboration tools
  • Superb verbal and written communication and presentation skills with fluency in both English and Spanish
