Purpose
This senior People Success leader is a seasoned HR professional who collaborates with Kueski’s business leaders at the Customer Operations and Growth organizations to drive company objectives and achieve goals. This role operates as an expert, handling large-scale People projects, and constructively challenging assumptions. The Senior People Success Manager is a trusted leader among senior managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders on annual business planning, including strategic planning, forecasting, and developing talent plans with headcount needs; work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure headcount plans are well executed
  • Establish key talent metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and proactively highlight areas of risk and opportunity
  • Work closely with leadership on programs and initiatives that engage team members, advance the company culture, build relationships, and sustain high morale
  • Proactively manage key and foundational people practices in support of business leaders (e.g., job architecture, salary reviews, career progression, transfers, separations); manage the roll out of cyclical programs across supported business units, such as merit and compensation review and engagement activities and action planning
  • Apply problem-solving frameworks and a data driven approach to analyze trends, inform decisions, and implement actions to that lead to company/business success and talent attraction, development, and retention
  • Lead and/or contribute to strategic, project-based business initiatives and People Success processes & programs such as organizational development, management development, talent management, DEI strategies, and the formulation, recommendation, and deployment of other highly complex programs and policies that combine strategic sense with tactical execution
  • Consult people managers regarding talent development needs of the business (e.g., career planning, learning initiatives, etc.) and work collaboratively with the Talent Development team to create team and individual development programs; serve as a thought leader in shaping development programs that increase organizational effectiveness and support individual career growth
  • Coach/provide guidance to people managers on feedback practices, compensation practices, mobility, talent management, performance management, and every employee matter under the sun
  • Design, facilitate, and lead change efforts and work on communication strategies related to organization wide programs
  • Ensure processes for conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations related to employee concerns
  • Provide direction to other People Success functions on business needs

Position Requirements

  • Accomplished management/organizational consultant or strategic HR/People leader with 8+ years of progressive, relevant experience
  • Masters degree in a related field (Business, Organizational Psychology) is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in an international/global environment in the tech (software) industry or as a management consultant with clients in the tech industry
  • Experience in Agile methodology for project management is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
