The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies, ensuring the success of our channel partners, and driving revenue growth through collaborative marketing efforts. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and to create compelling marketing collateral. The Channel Marketing Specialist will also analyze data to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement new channel marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Partner Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partner marketing inquiries and initiatives
  • Marketing Collateral: Create and oversee the development of marketing collateral, including product guides, sales presentations, promotional materials, and digital assets, tailored to channel partners
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and threats, and provide recommendations for differentiation
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Utilize marketing automation tools to create and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services through channel partners, tracking performance and optimizing as needed
  • Partner Training and Enablement: Develop and coordinate partner training and enablement programs to ensure that partners have a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze channel marketing performance data to measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development of channel marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of marketing spend

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in channel marketing or partner relationship management.
  • Proven ability to create and execute channel marketing strategies that drive results. Experience planning out large-scale marketing campaigns, and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach.
  • Strong project management skills with a history of delivering successful marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
  • Passion for working with technology, marketing, Fintech products and solving consumer needs. Knowledge in multichannel content and implementing successful communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • B2C and B2B experience. Client service orientation.
