About Localized: Localized is a career intelligence company that connects learners with industry experts to guide them and employers to hire them. With the support of Tamkeen we have launched a 24-week program in Bahrain to help local nationals to sharpen their employability skills and placement outcomes.

Do you love helping others succeed? Be a program facilitator for our 12-week program and empower job seekers to gain in-demand skills and improve their communication skills. You'll work side by side with one of MENA’s most decorated career coaches and behavioral scientists to provide personalized support every step of the way.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Co-lead engaging workshops: Assist in facilitating interactive sessions three days (6 hours each day) every two weeks covering essential job skills and professional English.
• Champion learner success: Guide individuals in career planning, creating CVs and portfolios, practicing for interviews, and mastering professional communication.
• Boost confidence: Help learners improve their English, so they can shine in the workplace.
• Track progress: Use technological tools and platforms to share resources, follow up with learners, and monitor development.

What you bring to the table:

• A passion for helping others achieve their career and learning goals.
• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of training, or coaching experience with early career professionals or students in Bahrain.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Fluent in using Google Workspace and other technologies.
