The Role
We are seeking a Lending Origination Channels Specialist to drive business lending growth through the execution of key strategies.
This role will lead acquisition and origination initiatives in new channels, ensure their effective implementation, and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
The specialist will also analyze origination metrics to provide actionable insights that enhance the overall business strategy.
What will I be doing?

- Lead the implementation of high-impact strategic projects for new lending channels, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute acquisition and origination strategies to achieve business lending goals through new channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of new lending initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders to expand and optimize new channels of origination.
- Identify, assess, and explore new business opportunities for origination, aiming to diversify and expand the channel portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, and technology) to enhance existing features and develop new functionalities for the Lending business.
- Foster strong collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business/growth roles, preferably within the financial / tech startup industry
Technical:
- Basic understanding of business lending processes, market dynamics, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus for data analysis and reporting.
