The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help us to the monitoring process should prevent and timely detect fraud, scaling of critical cases and incidents, ensuring the maintenance of an acceptable level of fraud risk to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organization, generating a positive customer experience in the use of Clip.

What will I be doing?

• Manage and control del Fraud operation
• Enrich the risk rules to understand new fraud patterns.
• Carry out the monitoring of transactions with a bank card, identifying and acting on suspicious and unusual patterns of activity.
• Scaling of risks, vulnerabilities, deviations and relevant cases
• Analyse and redesign the Fraud process continually.
• Know your customer and know your business (KYC and KYB) verification
• Forensics analysis
• Reporting and monitoring of key operating indicators
  

Ideal Candidate

• BA in administration, accountant or similar technical studies.
• Minimum experience of 3 years performing manual review and real-time monitoring of bank card transactions (CP and CNP), identifying patterns (indispensable)
• Have experience in forensic investigations or related to fraud issues

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge in technologies and fraud prevention
• Knowledge of the banking card payment
• Having occupied fraud monitoring tools.
• Knowledge in operational processes
