The Role

We are seeking a Services Specialist to be part of this Fintech. At Clip He/She will lead the development and execution of our strategy for new banking account services.

Your role will also be responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities to increase cross selling financial services products

What will I be doing?

• • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and customer preferences through ongoing market research and competitive analysis driving innovation and differentiation in financial products services
  • Lead the implementation of high-impact strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across our banking product portfolio, Identify opportunities to maximize interest income, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, and technology) to enhance existing features and develop new functionalities for the business.
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
    

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or strategic planning within the banking or financial services industry
• Ability to work collaboratively but also autonomously when needed
• Knowledge of agile product development methodologies
  

Technical:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and adress complex challenges related to product development , market dynamics and business strategy in the financial services industry
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, build consensus, and foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments
• Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity while maintaining a focus on outcomes and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
