The Role

We are looking for a Credit Risk Modeling Manager to be part of this amazing-growing Fintech.

At Clip He/She be part of the development, implementation and validation of credit risk models to optimize lending decisions and ensure the stability and growth of our business

What will I be doing?

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and validation of credit risk models.
• Support data exploration, preprocessing, and model development using tools like Databricks or Python.
• Analyze credit risk data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in existing models.
• Assist in monitoring and validating credit risk models, ensuring they remain accurate and compliant with business standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in credit risk modeling, contributing ideas to improve processes and methodologies.
  

Technical:

• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and their application in credit risk.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Python is a must

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.).
• At least 1 year of experience in credit risk modeling or a related field, with practical experience in data analysis and modeling tools (such as Databricks, Python, or R).
  
• We are looking in Mexico City or Sao Paolo, Brazil.
