The Role
We are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to join our dynamic Growth team at Clip – one of the fastest-growing and most beloved Fintech companies in LatAm. Your analytical expertise will play a key role in fueling the CRM and Business teams’ day-to-day decision-making by delivering actionable insights, quick analyses, and advanced dashboards.
In this role, you will also support the execution and optimization of key automation marketing campaigns across
activation, engagement, and retention stages, ensuring seamless and personalized communication throughout the
customer lifecycle.
We are seeking a data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at transforming insights into impactful execution. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What will I be doing?
- Data Analysis: Provide analyses and build and comprehensive dashboard reports to support CRM and lifecycle initiatives. Use SQL and other data tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM and lifecycle
initiatives, highlighting areas of improvement and successes for optimization. - CRM/Engagement Platform: Support the execution and optimization of automated journeys within our CRM and engagement platforms (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messaging.
- Referral/Loyalty Program: Contribute to the implementation and optimization of referral and loyalty programs by sharing key data insights for segmentation and user experience purposes.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Growth Marketing, Product and Data Science teams to ensure data
insights and automated journeys align with the company’s goals. - Processes and quality insurance: Contribute to refining workflows and QA processes guaranteeing
smooth/efficient campaign execution. - Continuous Learning: Stay informed about trends and best practices in CRM analytics and lifecycle marketing to help the team adopt innovative strategies.
Ideal Candidate
- You ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Data Analytics, with 3+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing Analytics, or Growth Marketing within a fast-paced startup company.
Technical:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong ability to analyze data and proactively provide actionable insights to the
team. Able to support data science sprints and leverage findings for campaign optimization. - Technical proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and
reporting. Familiarity with Databricks is a strong advantage. - Marketing Automation: Experience in executing automated journeys across multiple channels that contribute to key metrics, particularly in lifecycle marketing. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is key.
- Collaboration/communication: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in order to understand
and support data analysis needs; actively contributing to team discussions and embracing feedback. - Proactive and Innovative Mindset: Demonstrates a strong drive to exceed expectations, consistently seeking
opportunities to improve processes, challenge the status quo, and deliver exceptional results. - Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to shifting priorities and new
challenges.
