The Role
We are looking for an outstanding professional as Debit Card Specialist in the Financial Services Business Unit to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip as Debit Card Specialist you will be responsible for all aspects of strategy execution in the Card end to end journey such as: issuance, logistics, offering, activation and usage Card.
It's a role that collaborates with internal areas such as marketing, operations, supply chain, product, tech, providers among others; and keeps monitoring key competitors aiming to offer better features or products to increase business objectives.
The Debit Card Specialist also provides support to cross Financial Services areas and serve as a role model for the Business Unit values.
What will I be doing?
- Working closely with other departments (marketing, operations, supply chain, product, tech, providers among others) to achieve business objectives
- Executing Card Banking strategy.
- Align internal areas to achieve business objectives (adoption rate, card usage, TPV, TPN, NPS, CSAT , among other)
- Execute all aspects of card distribution including manufacturing, packaging, shipping and day to day interaction with our card production.
- Share responsibility for incident management and assuring our reliability and business continuity, as well as communication with customers over card operational issues.
- First point of contact for the Relationship with Card Partners
- Share responsibility for improving operational processes - defining/improving, monitoring and reporting (such as refunds, transaction reconciliation, rewards program operations).
Ideal Candidate
