The Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst for Top Customer Support. This position will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive support to Clip's top customers, as well as monitoring the transactional activity of assigned merchants, identifying opportunities, needs, and solutions.

This person will interact with customers through all the support channels available in "Customer Happiness" (phone, chat, email, and/or video call). On special occasions, they may be required to attend events or visit the client's location directly to address their operational needs.

This position will also be responsible for monitoring unresolved service cases or tickets for our top customers and maintaining constant communication with the teams responsible for resolving them until the service ticket is closed or resolved.

What will I be doing?

  • Support and assist top-tier clients
  • Carry out proactive service actions
  • Monitor the activity and transactions of top-tier clients
  • Ensure that when a top-tier client contacts Customer Happiness (CH), they are attended to and their case is resolved within the SLA
  • Ensure that the satisfaction (CSAT) and recommendation (NPS) scores of our top-tier clients meet the established targets

Ideal Candidate

  • BA in administration, accountant or similar technical studies.
  • 5+ years of experience working on Customer Service
  • Experience providing support to top-tier clients
  • GSuite
  • Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android (User-level)
  • Facturación 4.0
  • Knowledge of account statement reconciliation and balance management
