The role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product/Project Manager to lead CRM strategy projects focused on Salesforce for the Marketing, Sales, and Service areas, including integrations with our internal systems at our leading fintech company in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to implementation and post-launch follow-up.

What will I do?

- Collaborate closely with business, development teams, and vendors to understand their tool/automation needs for critical processes and workflows essential to their operations, and translate them into clear and measurable action plans.

- Define the CRM strategy for business teams.

- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of solutions in Salesforce, ensuring deadlines and project objectives are met.

- Effectively manage project resources, including internal teams and external resources, to ensure timely delivery within budget.

- Coordinate communication and collaboration between different functional teams, including sales, marketing, technology, and operations teams.

- Track project progress and keep all stakeholders informed about milestones achieved, identified risks, and pending issues.

- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing preventive and corrective measures as needed.

- Continuously evaluate project performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Assess the needs of different stakeholders and propose best practices in Salesforce to effectively implement those needs.

Ideal Candidate:

- University degree in business, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferable but not mandatory.

- Previous experience in product or project management roles with Salesforce.

- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem, including integrations with third-party systems.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from start to finish.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different levels of the organization.

- Strong results orientation and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

- Relevant Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
