As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will be at the heart of digital payments operations. You will manage key aspects of our initiatives, drive growth through innovative initiatives supported by a deep strategic analysis, and operate the product in a high-paced environment. S/he will have the opportunity to drive e-merchant acquisition across a suite of channels, playing a key role in developing new strategies, launching test & learn initiatives, and leading integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role partners multi-disciplinary teams to streamline processes, improve segmentation, and drive improved campaign performance.

The Role:

  1. Digital payments Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase product awareness, drive e-merchant acquisition, and enhance engagement across different channels. Set test & learn calendar around product enhancement and growth initiatives.
  2. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of products and campaigns. Generate reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments and improve cost to acquire. (SQL & CRM skills)
  3. Collaboration & Project management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data science, Risk, CRM, Business and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and support business goals. This role requires strong project management skills and feeling comfy solving ambiguous problems.
  4. Business Communication: Present analytical output to inform strategic and tactical decision making and guide business decisions. Communicate insights to executive level leadership and cross-business stakeholders.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in a data or analytically driven role, preferably in fintech/startup
    • Experience using database languages (any SQL variant) required; Python / SAS experience preferred
    • Experience in communicating results to both analytically oriented and broader audiences
    • Proficiency with Google suite products
    • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, and agile environment
    • Proactive approach and builder’s mindset toward finding new growth opportunities for the business
    • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Highly inclined to want to automate everything.
