We are seeking an CRM Specialist, this role will be responsible to collaborate with our Marketing and Product teams. This role will focus on enhancing our product-marketing processes and building long-lasting customer relationships. The specialist will be responsible for delivering, tracking, and optimizing communication messaging aimed at increasing conversion, retention, and loyalty.

The Role:

1. CRM Platform Management: Utilize and manage CRM platforms to optimize customer interactions. Propose new alternatives to ensure automated action-based customer campaigns, by understanding user event and property criteria through SDK and API events.

  1. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign results and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Performance Optimization: Track and measure progress through A/B testing to continuously optimize performance.
  3. Market Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and proactively identify opportunities to meet customer needs.
  4. Reporting:Prepare and deliver reports to teams, summarizing key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.
  5. Engagement Strategies: Propose and implement new strategies to increase customer conversion and retention, by establishing AB testing processes.
  6. Communication:
    -Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
    -Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationship management.
    -Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop marketing strategies focused on communication messaging through in-bound channels.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years as CRM specialist
  • Knowledge in lifecycle customer communication
  • Use of analytics tools such as : Google Analytics, Hubspot or other tracking platform.
  • Use of CRM platforms such as Braze, Clevertap, Husbpot, Salesforce, Auronix.
  • End to end AB Testing
  • Analytical mindset
  • Advance expertise in omni channel platforms
  • Good spelling
  • Advanced English
  • SQL Basico- Plus
