We are seeking an CRO Specialist, this role will focus on generating and coordinating different strategies to enhance online visibility, optimize the website performance, and drive qualified leads for different business units.

The Role:

Report:

1) Analytical Reports: Demonstrate proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools to driveinsights and improvements.

2) Reporting: Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital reports based on test results and ongoing CROactivities.

3) Data-Driven Reports: Use qualitative and quantitative data to develop and execute a robust conversion rateoptimization activities and testing plan for the eCommerce team.

4) Website Audits: of tests and provide recommendations to ensure accurate tracking and measurement.

Improvements:
5) Ecommerce Improvements: Show experience with ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify, to enhance clientwebsites.

6) Detect industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to maintain a competitiveedge.

7) Detect potential eCommerces sales magnets on site: Pop ups, coupons, free gifts, virtual interactions which increaseCR on site.

8) User Experience (UX) recommendations: Tips for improving user experience, might be more engaging for users anddesign guidelines focus on user flows.

Test:
9) A/B Testing Calendar: Develop hypotheses and build A/B tests in alignment with business goals and objectives.

10) Tests on Checkout process: Evaluate the checkout flow for clarity, simplicity, and security.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years working as a ecommerces strategy specialists/analytics.
  • Experience generating:
    1.Digital Optimization Analyst
    2.Landing Page Strategist
    3.User Experience (UX) Optimizer
    4. Ecommerce Analytical Reports
  • Technical Knowledge:

1) Shopify- advanced
2) Google Tag Manager-advanced
3) Looker Studio
4) Snowflake
5) Google Analytics 4 (or other web analytics) experience
6) Strong computer skills - MS Excel, PowerPoint (and Google Docs similar tools)
7) Growth Hacking and Innovation mentality
8) VWO or A/B Testing Tool
9) Performance & Innovation mindset
10) Figma
