The Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to be part of this amazing and fast – growing Fintech.

This candidate will work supporting the Finance team. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and detail oriented. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.

She / He will be responsible for performing moderately complex Accounts Billing activities. Also, prepare and present financial statements on a periodically basis, based on the reasonability, completeness, and standards compliance.

What will I be doing?

1. Organize, analyze and prepare all payment records by saving them electronically, filing any necessary paper documentation and obtain authorizations.
2. Examines invoices processed to ensure proper matching of purchasing and receiving documents.
3. Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
4. Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
5. Keeps accurate maintenance of vendor files.
6. Reconcile invoices, bills and verify balances to general ledge.
7. Participate in Accounts Payable monthly close process.
8. Invoice process from supplier or vender to be paid.
9. Reconciliation between company and supplier.
10. Control and accounting for credit notes from suppliers.

Technical:

• Computer literate: Proficient with an ERP Accounting module & Excel Spread sheets (intermediate to advance level).
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills (internal & vendors).
  
• Netsuit or any ERP

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Treasury
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Accounting Payable, Treasury or Finance related position.
• Fluent in English (must)
