The Role

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist who will be part of this amazing and fast – growing fintech.

Enhance decision making based on data, analysis and dashboards, as well as, finding of business opportunities, challenge decisions made and strategies implanted in order to keep the fast-growing mode.

What will I be doing?

Collaborate closely with the Financial Services team, product analysts, risk analysts, and operations, to identify business challenges and opportunities and develop analytical solutions

• Development of studies based on internal and external data in order to give business the best tool for decision making
• Challenge business needs in order to always make the best delivery in terms of company potential
• Exploratory Data Analysis - conduct exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, and relevant insights
• Analyze large datasets related to financial transactions, customer behavior, and risk factors to extract actionable insights and support decision-making processes
• Design and maintain effective data reporting and visualization frameworks, ensuring that key metrics and performance indicators are accurately tracked and communicated to stakeholders
• Develop simples predictive models to anticipate movements

Technical:

• Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, POWER BI or similar platforms
• Desirable knowledge of financial services products, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large datasets and utilizing databases and data warehouses, with Snowflake, BigQuery and Databricks
• Create predictive and prescriptive models
• Clean, transform, and organize datasets to ensure quality and consistency
• Develop and maintain automatically dashboards for stakeholders
  

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, technology, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in an analytics role, preferably expertise in the financial services or fintech industry
• Strong knowledge in data analytics, storytelling and programming language as SQL, Python, Pyspark, etc
• Experience in data presentations and insights definition
• English (or Spanish for Brasil)
