The Role

We are looking for a Loans Acquistion and Origination Sr Manager of Lending Acquisition & Origination that will drive our business lending growth by leading acquisition and origination efforts.

This role will leverage multichannel marketing strategies, ensure effective execution and collaborate closely with key stakeholders.

The Sr Manager will also be responsible for analyzing origination metrics and providing actionable insights to enhance our business strategy.

What will I be doing?

1. Acquisition & Origination Strategy:

• Implement comprehensive acquisition and origination strategies to achieve business lending targets.
• Execute multichannel marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of the origination loan portfolio

2. Multichannel Execution:

• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and performance metrics.

3. Partnership Management:

• Foster strong partnerships with key account managers to enhance collaboration and drive origination
  growth.
• Work closely with KAMs to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and client needs.

4. Metrics Analysis & Feedback:

• Analyze origination metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and
  campaigns.
• Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to the strategy team for continuous improvement and
  optimization.

5. Market & competitive analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new
  opportunities and threats.
• Use market insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

6. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on acquisition and origination goals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and present regular reports on acquisition and origination performance, including key metrics,
  challenges, and successes.
• Ensure thorough documentation and tracking of all origination activities and outcomes.

Technical:

• Strong understanding of business lending processes, market dynamics, and multichannel marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, SQL , data analysis tools).

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in Business Strategy (Marketing & Loans or credit management within the financial industry)
