The Role


We are looking for a Marketing Data Specialist to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip this person will be able to transform large amounts of raw data into valuable insights and ensure the correct tagging of our digital web environment. This role is essential in supporting our business team in making strategic decisions, directly contributing to the company's growth and success.

What will I be doing?

  • Design and Implement Data Layer Architecture: Develop robust Data Layer solutions to ensure accurate and scalable data collection.
  • Manage Analytics Tools: Configure and manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Medio/Advanced) y Appsflyer (Basic) to track critical events and conversion metrics.
  • Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics 4 and BigQuery to analyze data, identify insights, and guide strategic marketing and product development decisions.
  • Develop Dashboards and Reports: Create custom dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, including marketing, product, and data engineering teams.
  • User Journey Mapping: Analyze user journeys in digital products, identifying friction points and optimization opportunities to improve user experience and increase conversions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least three years of experience as a Analytics Specialist or relevant experience monitoring and analyzing business KPIs
  • Proficiency in Analytics Tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor site performance, analyze traffic, and set up goals and conversion funnels.
  • Ability to implement and manage tracking tags using tag management systems to monitor specific events and activities on the site.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to create interactive dashboards and analysis reports.
  • Ability to perform quantitative data analysis, including basic statistics and mathematical modeling to extract meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools to conduct experiments and site optimization tests.
  • Previous experience in a digital business environment and/or e-commerce.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas of the company.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
