The Role:

We are looking for a Projects and Performance Intern to be part of this amazing fast-growing fintech. The P&P Intern will be responsible for managing administrative activities and maintaining constant communication with QA, Sr Analyst and Training teams, with the intention of having the materials, communication, tools and exceptionally deliverable to all Operations clippers. Creation of reports for leaders and. Managers that will help identify opportunities and strengths of the teams for decision making. Monitoring of escalations to the teams involved in order to provide a solution as quickly as possible to MEs. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

What will I do?

1. Creation of reports for the Training, QA and Sr Analyst areas.
2. Creation of communication materials; presentations, communications and if required, support in creating articles for clippedia.
3. Take a hands-on approach in trainings ( Monitor compliance in a timely manner)
4. Support with training and communication materials for Ops teams.
5. Create and update experiences in the Internal Chatbot and articles in the Knowledge Base.
6. Send surveys and exams of training given.
7. Support in follow-up tickets escalated to 3rd level and CSI (reports)
8. Generation of reports on opportunity areas and team strengths through audits carried out by QA.
9. Support the project team with testing in releases, updates and implementations.

Ideal Candidate:

● 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service.
● International Business or administrative careers.

● Experience in customer service (Desirable but not essential).
● Intermediate knowledge of G Suite (Google Sheets, Slides, Forms)
● Creation of reports.
● Knowledge of creating presentations (Certification in Canva it’s a Plus!)
