The role:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to be part of this amazing and fast – growing fintech. This candidate will be responsible for defining the product strategy and working with different areas in Clip to achieve the goals of the project. S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a willingness to continue learning about the company, are highly desirable attributes for this candidate.

What will I do?

  1. Support Commercial team on Product Management duties.
  2. Experience with Salesforce (integrations and implementation).
  3. Responsible for tracking user problems to their origin.
  4. Perform user discovery by surveying and interacting with users.
  5. Full control of the product development lifecycle: understanding of the problem, data-supported validation and decision making, hypotheses validation, design sprints, identifying KPIs, and execution.
  6. Owns the Product Backlog, Write User Stories, Epic Slice and execution.
  7. Deliver on agile ceremonies – sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demos, and daily standups.
  8. Proposes solutions for business problems together with the team.
  9. Lead sprint sessions in order to iterate on effective designs.
  10. Responsible for the short-term Product Roadmap.
  11. Responsible for the definition and maintenance of KPIs and OKRs.
  12. Create and communicate Product Briefs (PRDs).
  13. Define and share with the team the vision and mission of the product.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience.
  2. At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a product manager/project manager
  3. Experience with Commercial teams (desirable)
  4. Experience with Salesforce or any ERP/CRM implementations and integrations.
  5. Product Manager skills and communication skills.
  6. Prior experience defining a highly technical product as a system engineer or product manager.
  7. Prior experience with credit card processing and/or credit card aggregation is a plus.
  8. Experience gathering and organizing requirements and writing functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
