The Role:

We are looking for a Growth Manager (Card Not Present) to join our dynamic Growth team at Clip – one of the fastest-growing and most loved Fintech companies in LatAm. In this pivotal role, you will closely collaborate with our Strategy team, to scale the adoption of our Card Not Present products (including Payment Link and Check Out).

You will be responsible for developing and executing aggressive growth marketing strategies, primarily leveraging CRM and engagement channels targeting new and existing merchants. You will also collaborate closely with our Brand and Digital Acquisition teams to ensure a comprehensive, 360-degree impact. For that, you will have to foster a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for similar products in Mexico and be able to create advanced business cases.

Your business acumen and data-driven mindset will be crucial in designing organic and incentive-led growth campaigns aiming at impacting activation, cross-selling and retention of Card Not Present’s products

What will I do?

  1. Product Scaling: Develop and execute high impact growth strategies to scale our Payment Link and Check Out products for both new and existing merchants.
  2. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement aggressive growth marketing campaigns regularly, leveraging your understanding of the market and competitive landscape to drive adoption and usage.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with the Strategy team to align on goals, strategies, and execution plans; present business cases and follow-up on impact/results and next steps to scale-up initiatives to larger merchants bases.
  4. Communication and Engagement: Understand CRM and lifecycle principles to inform communication strategies, ensuring targeted and effective messaging to the right audience at the right time.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, track performance, and report on key metrics to senior management. Develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Presentation Skills: Regularly communicate with senior management and C-Level, requiring strong executive presentation skills and the ability to articulate both strategic and immediate implications on the company's goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably with a focus on digital payments or e-commerce solutions. Past experience within a hyper growth tech company is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge in SQL is a plus.
  • Business Case Development: Capable of developing business cases to justify and request budgets for growth marketing strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools. Knowledge of CRM platforms and digital/online marketing strategies will be important to thrive in the role.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to senior management and C-Level.
  • Adaptability: Ability to feel at ease in a fast-paced and multicultural startup environment where persuasion will be key to lead the way and where priorities can change rapidly.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, strategy, marketing and other teams to achieve common goals.
