The Role:

We are looking for a Growth Manager CRM/Lifecycle to join our amazing Growth team at Clip –amongst the fastest growing and most loved Fintech in LatAm. You will be at the heart of our customer engagement and retention efforts, driving impactful automation marketing strategies and ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints. Your expertise in CRM and customer lifecycle management will be crucial in optimizing our merchants' experience, enhancing their journey, and fostering long-term loyalty. We are expecting you to thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, and be able to step-back and communicate both strategic and immediate implications on the company's goals. This position involves regular communication with senior management; therefore effective executive presentation skills are essential, as well as strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish.

What will I do?

  • CRM/Engagement Platform: Leverage your expertise in CRM and engagement platforms* to design, execute, and optimize growth marketing strategies. (*Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Clevertap, or similar one).
  • Cross-Channel Automation: Design impactful automated journeys that utilize behavior-based triggers and a variety of channels (including email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messaging, plus other custom channels specific to our app) to personalize communications and enhance customer engagement
  • Referral/Loyalty Program: Coordinate the strategy and implementation of a new referral program in collaboration with the product and strategy teams. Optimize and measure the impact of the program to maximize specific KPIs, crucial to the company’s success.
  • Lifecycle Planning and Prioritization: Strategically map and prioritize all our existing customer journeys to avoid saturation, ensuring balanced and effective communication touchpoints for our merchants.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to inform data-driven decisions. Collaborate with the Data Science team to improve existing reports and dashboards, facilitating ongoing optimization and experimentation.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CRM and Lifecycle initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Customer Support to align lifecycle marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine processes and workflows within the team and with key stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of merchant experience, maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Data Analysis and Experimentation: Obsession with data analysis and advanced experimentation across the user’s journey, able to drive DS sprints spending on the needs of the team.
  • Growth Strategy Implementation: Proven record of growth strategies that contributed to improving macro-level metrics (organic or incentive-led).
  • Collaboration: 4+ years of experience working collaboratively with Product/Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Strategy teams.
  • Business Case Development: Capable of developing business cases to justify and request budgets for growth marketing strategies.
  • Mobile Tracking and Analytics: Understanding of mobile tracking, product analytics methods, and reporting tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Excel; knowledge of SQL is a significant plus.
  • Presentation Skills: Able to provide high-standard quality presentations for senior management and/or C-Level executives.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a startup environment where priorities can change overnight.
  • Communication: A great communicator who speaks their mind, brings diverse thinking, and loves being challenged.
  • Business Acumen: High business acumen and expertise in critical thinking.
