The Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager who will be part of this amazing fintech and the team responsible for working on thebrand strategy and driving the business results.

S/he will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Online, Advertising, and Media Agencies). S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. This candidate must be proactive, flexible, resilient and curious about the business, have strong storytelling skills (written and verbal) in both English and Spanish, and be willing to continue learning. S/he should be experienced in the strategic development of user centric advertising campaigns end to end.

What will I be doing?

  • Work closely with creative agencies to pitch and manage new projects and campaigns with a best in class briefing process.
  • Lead the production of full funnel campaigns considering multiple media channels working with creative executives, producers, directors and editors to make sure that the brand strategy is consistent.
  • Lead the execution of the brand strategy across every touch point on a daily basis.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
  • Media (develop and execute the media plan for the brand, according to the company goals). Focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the brand.
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in Marketing or Communication.
  • 7+ years of experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to develop action plans to build brand and also develop win-win value.
  • 6+ years of experience developing advertising campaigns for global brands in Mexico or another region
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills, drive, and ability to make things happen.
  • Understand and support quarterly and annual revenue, profit and market share goals achievement and brandhealth indicators.
  • Ability to confidently engage different levels and multi-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively manage projects under very little supervision to achieve team goals and complete workassignments within established time frames.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing and developing people.
