The role:

We are looking for a Performance Media Specialist to be part of this amazing and fast – growing fintech. S/he will oversee and analyze e-commerce campaigns across META, Google Search, Shopping, and Amazon Sponsored Ads, driving growth and optimizing performance based on data insights. This role will focus on the analysis of daily KPIs and propose optimizations based on CRO methodology.

What will I do?

  • Campaign Analysis:
    • Oversee campaigns across META, Google Search, Shopping, and Amazon Sponsored Ads.
    • Analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
    • Understand the structures and mechanisms of each channel, including META, Google, and Amazon.
    • Utilize knowledge of various bidding types, ad formats, and campaign structures.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on key KPIs like sales, investment, and Cost Per Result (CPA).
    • Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign data, ad groups, and keywords.
    • Use SQL to query databases and access channel information for detailed analysis.
    • Interpret KPIs such as sales, investment, CPR, Impression Share (I.S.), Cost Per Click (CPC), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and impressions.
    • Apply CRO methodology to analyze and optimize conversion rates.
  • Optimization and Reporting:
    • Develop strategies to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
    • Formulate hypotheses and propose optimizations based on data trends and insights.
    • Create comprehensive reports and analyses in Excel.
    • Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders promptly.


Key Skills and Experience:

  • Search Structures and Algorithms:
    • Deep understanding of search algorithms and how they impact ad performance.
    • Expertise in keyword research, selection, and concordances.
    • Knowledge of various bidding types and strategies.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
    • Proficiency in Python (Pandas) for advanced data analysis.
    • Experience with SQL for database querying and management.
  • Optimization and Reporting:
    • Develop strategies to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
    • Create comprehensive reports and analysis in Excel.
    • Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders promptly.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Highly curious and driven to analyze data deeply.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and without supervision.
    • Quick thinker, capable of making data-driven decisions rapidly.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively convey data insights and recommendations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in Excel and SQL and other data analysis tools.
  • Python (Pandas) a Plus.
  • Experience with campaign management platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and e-commerce advertising.
  • Understanding of META channels, including structures, bidding types, and ad formats.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Knowledge of profit, revenue, and CRO methodologies.

This position will not focus on the implementation of campaigns but will oversee all channels and focus on the analysis of day-to-day KPIs to drive data-driven optimizations.
