The Role:

We are looking for a Digital Media Analyst who will be part of this amazing fintech. As a Digital Marketing Media Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and optimizing digital marketing media channels to drive business growth (acquisition of readers in our ecommerce & marketplaces) and maximize our TPV. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in handling numbers, and the ability to translate key performance indicators (KPIs) into actionable insights and strategies. Proficiency in SQL and Python (with a focus on the Pandas library) is essential for data manipulation and analysis.

What will I do:

  1. Channel Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of various digital marketing media channels, including Meta (Facebook), Instagram, Google Search, and Google Shopping, Pmax to understand performance, trends, and opportunities.
  2. KPI Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and others to assess channel effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  3. Data Handling: Utilize SQL and Python (pandas library) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from different marketing platforms, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  4. Insights Generation: Generate actionable insights from data analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimization efforts.
  5. Hypothesis Development: Develop hypotheses based on data analysis and insights to drive experimentation and continuous improvement in marketing campaigns.
  6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams and management.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and business, to align strategies and initiatives with business objectives.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in digital marketing media to ensure the adoption of innovative strategies and tactics.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
    • SQL - intermediate
    • Python (Pandas Library) . intermediate
    • Google Ads – Low/intermediate
    • Facebook ads – intermediate
    • Amazon Ads - intermediate
    • Google Analytics or reporting platform – intermediate
    • Analytical thinking and excel – Advance
    • Good interpersonal communication.
    • Estrategic mindset.
