The Role

We are looking for a Portafolio Developer within Financial Institutions to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. Payclip is changing the way payments work in Mexico! We are empowering people to exchange value directly from a mobile device or a Clip device. Clip enables anyone to accept card payments, at any time, and anywhere by turning your smartphone or tablet into a card terminal or simply by using one of our current devices. We're a well-funded quickly growing FinTech startup. We are the leaders in our market and are accelerating to extend our lead and move into new markets. In Financial Institutions Group we manage all of the relationship with our Financial Partner in order to accept all types of payments in Clip.

The purpose of this position is to be part of the team that manages the relationships with Issuers, Acquirers, Fintechs and other key stakeholders from the financial ecosystem in mexico, in order to assure the correct acceptance of the different payment methods in our payments ecosystem. The position requires ownership, excellent communication skills, project management, fast learning skills, analytical skills, lots of interaction with internal stakeholders in Clip in order to assure things happen, negotiations skills, and a great appetite to learn technical matters of the payments ecosystem.

Ideal candidate

Bachelor degree in Finance, International Business, Business Administration or any other related to Business.

1. 1-3 years of experience in business administration, project management, account management.

2. Fluent Business English is a MUST for this position (verbal and written).

3. Experience in Payments a PLUS, Experience with fast growth and complex environments.

4. Excellent Excel and Google Sheets management
