The Role

We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Modeling Specialist to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech.

At Clip He/She be part of the development, implementation, and validation credit risk models to optimize lending decisions and ensure the stability and growth of our business.

What will I be doing?

• Collaborate with the Credit Risk Modeling team to develop, implement, and validate credit risk models.
• Work hands-on with Databricks for data exploration, preprocessing, and model development.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of credit risk data, providing insights and recommendations for model enhancements.
• Support the ongoing monitoring and validation of credit risk models, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of credit risk modeling practices.
  

Technical:

• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and their application in credit risk.
• Knowledge in Python & SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.).
• Practical experience of 4 or 5 years in credit risk modeling, with a focus on hands-on Databricks usage.
  
• We are looking in Brasil, or México City.
