The Role:

We are looking for a Sales Relationship Sr Managerto be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip He/She will play an important role in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients in the financial services sector. The primary focus will be on driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional relationship management.

What will I be doing?

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan: define sales objectives, identify target markets within the financial services sector, and devise a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Client relationship management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within financial services organizations. Understand their business needs, pain points, and goals to identify opportunities for providing value-added services.
  3. Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector.
  4. Contract negotiation and closing deals
  5. Sales performance analysis and reporting: Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on relationship management and business development. Experience within a fintech company is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, lending, or payments. Familiarity with the Mexican financial market is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Technical knowledge:

  1. Financial Products and Services: Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and services offered by traditional financial institutions and banking products, credit instruments, insurance policies, investment vehicles, and regulatory requirements specific to the Mexican market.
  2. Technology Integration: Familiarity with integrating financial technology solutions into existing infrastructure and systems within financial institutions. Knowledge of application programming interfaces (APIs), data security, cloud computing, and digital transformation strategies is valuable for effective communication and collaboration with technical teams.
  3. Data Analytics and Insights: Proficiency in leveraging data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights from customer data, market trends, and sales performance. Ability to use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and personalization of financial services.
