We are looking for a Value Proposition Sr Manager to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip He/She will have an important role in developing the value proposition for our new financial services business. The primary focus will be on creating a compelling and differentiated offer that resonates with our target market and drives business growth.
What will I be doing?
- Develop value propositions
- Customer segmentation: Collaborate with different teams to identify and define target customer segments based on market research and customer insights.
- Product positioning and messaging: Work closely with the product development team to translate product features and capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align value propositions
- Competitive analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
- Customer feedback and validation: Engage with customers, prospects, and industry experts to gather feedback on our value propositions. Incorporate customer insights and feedback into iterative value proposition development processes.
- Empower our sales team to effectively communicate and sell our value propositions
- Performance tracking and optimization: Define KPIs to measure the success and impact of our value proposition.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, value proposition development, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican financial services industry, including banking, insurance, lending, or payments. Familiarity with fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape in Mexico is advantageous.
- Proven track record of developing successful value propositions that drive business growth and customer acquisition.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform value proposition development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Collaborative and cross-functional mindset, with the ability to work effectively with product management, marketing, sales, and other teams to achieve common objectives.
- Results-oriented and self-driven, with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis tools, as well as presentation software.
