The Role:

We are looking for a Value Proposition Sr Manager to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip He/She will have an important role in developing the value proposition for our new financial services business. The primary focus will be on creating a compelling and differentiated offer that resonates with our target market and drives business growth.

What will I be doing?

  1. Develop value propositions
  2. Customer segmentation: Collaborate with different teams to identify and define target customer segments based on market research and customer insights.
  3. Product positioning and messaging: Work closely with the product development team to translate product features and capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align value propositions
  5. Competitive analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
  6. Customer feedback and validation: Engage with customers, prospects, and industry experts to gather feedback on our value propositions. Incorporate customer insights and feedback into iterative value proposition development processes.
  7. Empower our sales team to effectively communicate and sell our value propositions
  8. Performance tracking and optimization: Define KPIs to measure the success and impact of our value proposition.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, value proposition development, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican financial services industry, including banking, insurance, lending, or payments. Familiarity with fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape in Mexico is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of developing successful value propositions that drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Technical knowledge:

  1. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform value proposition development.
  2. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
  3. Collaborative and cross-functional mindset, with the ability to work effectively with product management, marketing, sales, and other teams to achieve common objectives.
  4. Results-oriented and self-driven, with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity.
  5. Proficiency in market research and analysis tools, as well as presentation software.
