Who we are?

The E-Managed CNP Executive is responsible of developing long term relationships with a portfolio of top merchants mostly managed electronically, helping them to achieve their sales targets through Clip´s Value Proposition and having special focus on the solutions of CNP. For this position is fundamental to get a deep understanding of the merchants, have proven experience in launching e-managed campaigns, having the capacity to manage a large number of accounts at the same time, providing all of them excellent service and quick solutions for their problems.

Education Level & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor degree on business administration, marketing or related experience
  • Advanced English level (desired)
  • +3 year in client management or sales, with proven record creating/managing e-managed campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

      • Create digital campaigns for a large number of merchants (phone, whatsapp, e-mail strategy)
      • Analyze and understand clients´ behavior and industry trends
      • Develop an effective strategy to prioritize the merchants on portafolio and get the best results
      • Manage efficiently a pipeline of up sale and cross sale opportunities.
      • Develop and execute maintenance and retention strategies.
      • Ensure a great customer experience on every interaction with our products.
      • Develop a close relationship with the customers by continuously understanding their challenges, needs and proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
      • Elaborate Account Reviews, providing clarity on the merchants evolution since it started using Clip´s solutions
      • Propose and manage projects that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the area.
      • Understand digital payments in order to suggest the best strategy for CNP solutions
