The Role

We are looking for a Digital Account Sr Manager to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip He/She will be responsible for overseeing and managing the digital account operations. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital account services by understanding client needs, ensuring cross-selling between digital account and our acquiring services and optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies.

What will I do

  1. Develop and execute the strategic vision for the digital account services in alignment with the overall objectives of Financial Services
  2. Define and implement acquisition, cross-selling and retention strategies to meet growth targets and enhance customer loyalty
  3. Oversee the end-to-end user experience for digital account services, being the “internal voice” of our customer”
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and technology to enhance existing features and develop new functionalities for digital accounts
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats within the digital account space
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital account initiatives and recommend improvements
  7. Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related fields
  • Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in digital account management within the financial services or banking industry
  • Strong understanding of digital banking products, services, and customer needs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make data-driven decisions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Solid understanding of retail banking and payment processing industries
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
