The Role:

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst who will be part of this amazing and fast – growing fintech. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be involved in all aspects of treasury operations. The position will report directly to the Manager of Treasury and will involve regular interactions with other areas of Finance as well as external Banking partners. You will be a key part in supporting the development of strategies, operations and policies related to the treasury function, including cash management, foreign exchange, borrowing, and payment processing. It will also monitor bank procedures for the acquisition or cancellation of financial products. The most interesting thing will be that you will be able to participate in the evolution that the area is having, driven by the increase in operations that makes it necessary to streamline processes and seek ways to give better. We genuinely love what we do and are looking for you to share this passion.

What will I be doing?

1. Support of bank relationship management manage account structure, security profile, legal documentation and pricing.
2. Bank account administration, including monitoring balances, cash concentration, ensuring funding of accounts and arranging manual payments.
3. Support cost efficient and best practice treasury processes.
4. Compliance and reporting activity for accounts including banking related internal controls, cash forecasting, and document / statement archive.
5. Support quality liquidity forecasting.
6. Evaluate and propose ideas to maximize investments.

Ideal Candidate:

• +2 years of experience in Finance or Treasury Department.
• Experience managing bank platforms.
• A good track record on accounting/finance/banking/corporate treasury.
• Practical/process experience for problem-solving, diagnosis and analysis.
• Basic financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
