Performance Marketing Senior Analyst
We are looking for someone who has experience managing digital paid campaigns, especially with a business model that has offline conventions as it works a little differently than the e-commerce model. This person must feel very comfortable in Meta/Tiktok Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong experience running marketing-acquisition campaigns for the US Hispanic market and should also have hands-on experience in TikTok.
Support the team in the implementation of digital campaigns on the different platforms, as well as to create strategies and optimizations in relation to the segmentation of campaigns, target audiences, creatives, etc.
Find new audiences for testing and growing volume.
Report on all business goals.
Manage performance metrics, budget tracking, and reporting. Own all steps of the ad operations process: launch, analyze, optimize, repeat.
Provide actionable insight with quantitative and qualitative analysis on campaign performance drivers.
Support the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results. Aid the team in educating on product solutions and best practices.
Monitor ad and landing page performance via TikTok/Google Analytics, proprietary dashboards, and tracking systems.
Al least 2 years of experience running ads on Meta/Tiktok
Analytical: Ability to analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns, reduce cost, and align CPA goals.
Resourceful: Great at solving unstructured problems with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of the digital landscape and experience managing campaigns across digital platforms.
Strong level of English (nice to have).
Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in collaborative teams and across business units.
Experience with big monthly budgets will be a plus.
