We are looking for a proactive and responsible Email Automation Specialist to drive solutions for our email channel. Your objective is to automate processes and assure the quality and effectiveness of Student and Lead Journeys.

What you will be doing

• Develop highly personalized and dynamic Email templates with AMPscript (AMPscript is Marketing Cloud's proprietary javascript like scripting language for advanced dynamic content in emails, landing pages, SMS, and push messages), HTML and CSS
• Develop highly customized journeys that include Email, Whatsapp, Webchat, and SMS messages
• Email campaign setup, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time campaigns.
• Develop and maintain various datasets utilizing custom data extensions(a table with fields of data about our contacts) within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) for the use in highly personalized emails (SMS and Whatsapp messages)
• Develop robust documentation of current and future processes.
• Work with various stakeholders to understand requirements in order to design and develop elegant configurable and reusable processes

• At least 2 years of experience in Enterprise Email Marketing Automation, Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) automation system OR similar type of platform: Pardot, Responsys, Eloqua
• Prior database management experience in a e-mail marketing role
• Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content
• Working knowledge of web and email analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other coding languages.
• Familiarity with AmpScript or other scripting languages.
• Understanding of programming principles
• Experience writing SQL queries from scratch
